• The dog is fully vaccinated and up to date.

• Payment made on collection of dog or on drop off. Preferred method is cash.

• Estimates are based on size, breed, coat condition and behaviour. Some dogs require extensive extra work and this will be charged for on an hourly basis.

• Owners must collect dogs at time stated. Uncollected dogs will be charged a late fee. 

• Flea charge - minimum fee £20 will be incurred if a dog comes into the salon and is found to have fleas. If your dog is known to have fleas prior to the appointment, we must rearrange. 

• Cancellation fee - if less than 24hrs, 50% of payment. If no show, 100% applies. 

• Matting - there will be an additional charge.

We reserve the right to refuse a dog that presents a risk of injury to itself or staff.
